Force card sync by the customer

To sync privileges on an Apple Wallet card, the cardholder should:

  • Open the card in Apple Wallet.
  • Open the back of the card.
  • Pull down from the top to request an update.

To force-sync privileges on a Google Wallet card, the cardholder should contact a staff member. Forced sync for these cards is currently available only in the organization account. See Force-sync customer privileges.

Notes:

  • Customer privileges sync with the CRM after your CRM responds. Sync takes a few minutes and can take up to 24 hours.
  • A request can be sent once every 24 hours.
  • Privileges on Google Wallet cards usually update automatically. The exception is when your CRM does not support automatic data transfer.
