Profile enrichment

The Profile enrichment tab in the form editor collects extra customer data through a personal link after the pass is issued.

The tab is available on the Expert plan and above.

Turn it on

1. Open Card issuance and the form you need.
2. Open the Profile enrichment tab.
3. Enable Enrichment.
4. Select the fields the customer can fill in or update. Name, phone, and service fields are not in this list. If you need more fields, add them on the Fields tab first.
5. Save the form.

The tab shows a secret link for the pass. The address keeps a hash parameter, which the customer’s own pass fills in. Copy the link and place it on the pass while Enrichment is on.
