FAQ. Card issuance

When downloading the card, a string of random characters appears instead of the card.

This can happen on iPhone when a browser other than Safari is used. Copy the card link and open it in Safari.

When downloading the card, a blank page is shown, or Apple Wallet opens but the card does not appear.

This can happen if the Apple Wallet certificate has expired. Check the certificate in Settings — Certificates.

The Google Pay card was saved in the browser, but it did not appear in the Google Pay app.

Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account in both the browser and the app.

How to shorten the link of a new wallet card issuance form.

Connect the form to your website using one of the options for installing the form on your site.

Use any link shortener you prefer, for example https://bitly.com/.

Card issuance errors:

• 501 — Zero balance in Passquare. You can top up your balance in Billing.
• 112 — Zero balance in the service used to send codes. Top up the balance in the service connected for sending codes. You can see which service is connected in Settings — Verification.
• 113 — Unstable internet connection on the phone. Refresh the page and try again.
