Set up phone verification services

Connect verification via WhatsApp (GREEN-API)

To connect verification through WhatsApp (GREEN-API), follow these steps:

  1. If you do not have a WhatsApp (GREEN-API) account, sign up in the service.
  2. In Instances, find and copy idInstance and apiTokenInstance.
  3. Go to your Passquare account, Settings → Verification.
  4. Create an integration and set Integration type to Other. An extra Integration type field appears; enter SMSWhatsApp.
  5. In the Login field, enter idInstance.
  6. In the API key field, enter apiTokenInstance.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Go to Card issuance → Edit form → Parameters.
  9. In the Verification block, select the WhatsApp checkbox.
  10. Click Save.

Connect verification via Telegram (Telegram Gateway)

To connect verification through Telegram (Telegram Gateway), follow these steps:

  1. Go to Marketplace in your Passquare account.
  2. Enable the Phone verification via Telegram module (the toggle at the bottom of the page).
  3. Message Passquare support to activate phone verification via Telegram.

To connect SMS or voice-call verification, contact Passquare support. They will tell you which providers are available for your country.
