Promo code field setup
- Go to Card issuance — Edit form — Fields.
- Click the Promo code field.
- In the Edit field window that opens, configure the settings.
- You can change the field name if needed.
- Choose the field type. Promo code: the field is shown on the form; the customer can fill it in or edit it. Hidden promo code: the field is not shown on the form. The system records the promo code from the registration link. You can then view the promo code on the customer card in your Passquare account.
- The Required checkbox determines whether the field is mandatory. When it is selected, the customer must fill in the field to get a card; otherwise they cannot go to the next step.
- Enable the field and save the settings.
Create links with promo codes
With promo codes, you can track how effective card issuance sources are and collect information about the issuance location for segmented push campaigns.

where:
- https://form.passquare.com/8f22edfa-215a-41f5-922a-e4ce12f42e47 is the link to your card issuance form
- google is the promo code
Example of a link with a referral promo code:
- https://form.passquare.com/8f22edfa-215a-41f5-922a-e4ce12f42e47/?promo=`promocode`
The `promocode` variable stores each customer's unique promo code for the referral program.
To create a QR code, you can use any online service, for example https://www.qr-code-generator.com/.
When creating a QR code, choose website URL encoding and paste the generated link with the promo code into the URL field.
