Prepare the following:
- IP address and port for connecting to the r_keeper CRM server. The IP address must be reachable. We strongly recommend sending data encrypted, that is over SSL (HTTPS).
- Terminal-Type — terminal type, an alphanumeric code. You can find it in Software classifiers.
- Parameters:
- `bonusAccountTypeId` — bonus account
- `discountAccountTypeId` — discount account
- `expenceAccountTypeId` — spent funds
- `cardGroupId` — card group
- `holderGroupId` — holder group
- `contactsEmailId` — email contact type (if you plan to collect guest emails)
- `contactsPhoneId` — phone contact type
- If you have trouble providing the information from steps 2 and 3, you can send screenshots of the Software classifiers windows and the R-Keeper configurator → API authorization server tab.
- Starting wallet card number. This number must be greater than the numbers of cards created earlier.
Use the self-serve setup guide.
Integration details
- Bonus accrual and redemption, and discounts, are configured and processed in your r_keeper CRM system.
- After a card is issued, the guest and card usually appear in r_keeper CRM within a few minutes to a few hours. The maximum delay is 24 hours. Timing depends on system load and the update queue.
- To transfer guest data between systems securely, use an HTTPS address (with an SSL certificate).
- Automatic bonus balance and discount updates are available only with the r_keeper web-hook module connected. The module is provided by partners and is billed in addition to your plan. Request the connection guide from Passquare support.
