Besides a mass push campaign, you can send a personal push. For example, send a test push to your own card before sending it to customers.
- Go to Customers and find your card in the list (you can use search).
- Click the icon to the left of the customer name.
- Enter the message text and click Send.
How push messages work
- You can send a push to the entire customer base no more than once a day.
- For the message to reach the card, the cardholder must have notifications enabled on the card and an internet connection.
- The push text must be unique. If you need to send the same text again, change it by at least one character.
- Whether a pop-up appears depends on the app. It may not appear if the message did not reach the card (in that case it also will not appear in the top field on the back of the card), if the card is installed on an Android phone, or if several unread messages were sent to the same card (you can find them in Notification Center).
- The Apple Wallet format allows only text in a push message.
- Push behavior does not depend on how you send it. It is the same for campaigns from the account and via the API.
