Additional card templates

On the Base plan and above, you can add extra card templates, each with its own issuance form. Templates and forms support individual settings: card design (cover and logo, background and text color), the information block (bonus balance / discount level / loyalty program rules / active links), and registration form questions.

On the Advanced plan and above, you can switch templates automatically when an event occurs, for example when a customer reaches a new loyalty tier. You can also send segmented campaigns by template or issuance form, for example to notify customers about events at different locations.

Additional templates are used:

• For businesses with several locations in different cities
• For franchise networks
• For promotions and events
• For birthday and holiday greetings
