Challenge
Prepaid wash packages were sold on paper vouchers. Many expired unused, and drivers forgot they still had washes left. After rain, the sites were empty even though package holders were a short drive away.
Strategy
Each package became a Wallet Pass with remaining washes and an expiry date on the front. A push went out when two washes were left, when expiry was 10 days away, and after a stretch of rain in the city. Drivers scanned the pass QR at the entrance instead of carrying a wet paper ticket.
