The season pass became a Wallet Pass with remaining guest tickets and the next lesson. A push on a midweek powder morning, and a QR at the lift that replaced the plastic.
Renewal issued the Wallet Pass. Guest tickets counted down on the front. A lost phone is easier to restore than a lost plastic card.
The same QR identified the member at the lift. Guest services stopped reprinting cards on powder mornings.
When overnight snow crossed a threshold, opted-in members received one push before 7 a.m. Lesson openings went to the same list.
