Restore a customer card

You can restore a card in several ways.

With phone number verification

If phone verification is enabled, the customer can restore their card using the shared issuance form link:

  • Ask the customer to scan the QR code you use to issue cards, or send them the shared issuance form link.
  • The customer opens the form in a browser, enters their phone number, and types the confirmation code.

If the confirmed number is already in the database, they will be offered the existing card without registering again. If they enter a new number, they will be offered a new card.

Without phone number verification

A member of your team can restore the card:

  1. Identify the customer.
  2. In your Passquare account, go to Customers. Find the customer by phone number or card number and open their profile.
  3. At the top, click Copy card install link and send the link to the customer.
  4. The customer opens the link in a browser and installs the card.

How to change a customer's phone number

You cannot change a customer's phone number. Ask the customer to register a new card with the new number. Then, if needed, transfer their accumulated privileges to the new card in your CRM.

How to see how many cards have been issued

Go to Customers and switch to the issued-cards chart in the top right. Select the month and year. The chart shows the total number of issued cards, as well as counts by month and by day.
